Monday Tea
Today I am sampling a traditional Russian tea imported by European Importing Company here in Sacramento, CA. Wish I had a Samovar to steep it in, but my brewing mug will do for today. Russian Tea History. I find it interesting that they have chosen Czar Nikolas 2nd on their tea, but that doesn't seem to affect the rich bold taste.
